Breaded Baked Haddock

2/3 cup plain panko breadcrumbs
3 tbsp butter , melted
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Line a baking sheet with shallow sides with parchment paper.
In a bowl combine panko, butter, parsley, zest, garlic powder, kosher salt and pepper.
Arrange fillets on prepared baking sheet
Top with breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Bake until fish is cooked through and flaky and breadcrumbs are golden, 10-12 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!!
