Italian Meatballs

Italian Meatballs

1lb ground beef

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese

4 cloves chopped garlic

3 slices italian bread (stale works best but any will do) run the 3 slices under the faucet and then squeeze out the water

1/2 bunch fresh parsley chopped very fine

Salt and pepper

Directions:

Ingredients: 

In a large bowl combine all the ingredients (for the bread, break it up into bite size pieces and then mix it with everything else).


Using wet hands begin rolling the meatballs. Whatever size you like. My grandmother used to make them big, but you do what works best for you.


Once they are rolled, you can cook them in a number of ways. You can add them directly into any gravy (sauce) you are cooking so long as it's already boiling first.


You can pan fry them in some oil until fully cooked then drain on paper towels.


Or, you can line them on a sheet pan and bake them in the oven at 350 degrees until fully cooked.


No matter how you choose to cook them. They will always taste delicious.
