Meatball Boats

Meatball Boats

1 large baguette

12 cooked meatballs

2 cups marinara sauce

2 cups shredded Provolone cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese




Directions:

Ingredients: 

Preheat oven to 375°F


Cut the baguette into four equal parts, hollowing each, leaving a thick crust.

Add marinara sauce to the skillet, add meatballs cook for 5 minutes

Spoon meatballs and sauce into each baguette boat.

Top with Provolone and Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
