

Turkey Club Sandwich

3 slices smoke deli turkey
6 slices lettuce
3 slices of tomatoes
6 slices mesquite smoked bacon cooked and drained
6 slices smoked swiss cheese
1 1/2 slices sourdough bread
6 tbsp mayonnaise
sprinkle of garlic powder
Directions:
Ingredients:
Spread a generous amount of mayonnaise on one slice of bread. Next sprinkle some garlic powder over the mayonnaise
In a large frying pan, add the bread mayonnaise side down and cook on medium heat until golden brown.
Do the same to the other pieces of bread. Set aside when done.
On the top unseasoned side of the bread, place 2 tbsp of mayonnaise plus 2 slices of swiss cheese. Place the bread on a sheet pan cheese side up and broil for 2 minutes or until cheese is nice and melty.
Take out of the oven and add the 1 slice of turkey, bacon, 2 slices lettuce and 1 slice tomato
The order should be as follows:
cheese & mayo covered bread
turkey
bacon
lettuce
tomato
next slice of cheese & mayo bread
turkey
bacon
lettuce
tomato
and finally your last slice of cheese and mayo bread
